I spent over 30 years working in senior client-facing roles — most of that time at Jaguar Land Rover — where the job was simple in principle: understand what someone needs, pay attention to the detail, and make sure it's done right.
That's exactly what I do now with travel. I listen to what you want, research the options properly, and come back with a plan that makes sense. No brochures, no hard sell, no call centre. Just me.

Most of my clients are busy people who don't have the time or the patience to trawl through booking sites. They want someone they can trust to get it right — and to be there if something goes wrong.

How it works
It starts with a conversation — usually a phone call or a WhatsApp message. You tell me what you're thinking, I ask a few questions, and then I go away and do the research. I come back with a clear recommendation, not a pile of options to wade through.
Once you're happy, I book everything, send you the confirmations, and stay in touch right through to when you get home. If anything changes along the way, I deal with it.
