Multi-Centre Trips

Multi-centre holiday planning — multiple destinations, one plan

This is where a travel consultant earns their keep. When you're visiting two, three or more destinations on one trip, the logistics stack up quickly — flights between cities, connection times, transfers, accommodation at each stop, visa requirements, time zones. Getting one piece wrong can unravel the rest.

As a multi-stop trip planner, I build itineraries that flow properly. Sensible routing, comfortable connections, the right accommodation at each stop, and everything booked together so it's all financially protected under one plan.

Why multi-centre trips are hard to book yourself

Booking a single-destination holiday online is straightforward. Coordinating flights across different airlines, checking layover times, arranging ground transfers, and making sure your hotels are in the right part of each city — that's a different job entirely.

I do it regularly. I know which connections work, which airports to avoid for tight layovers, and how to structure the trip so you spend your time enjoying it rather than recovering from the travel. And if something goes wrong mid-trip, you have one person to call — not three different airlines and four different hotels.

Examples of multi-centre trips I plan

Twin-centre breaks are popular — a week on the beach followed by a few days in a city. But I also plan longer, more complex routes: island-hopping in Greece, a safari followed by Zanzibar, three weeks through Southeast Asia, or a round-the-world trip with stops in Dubai, the Maldives and Singapore.

Whether it's a straightforward twin-centre or a month-long multi-country itinerary, the approach is the same — I work out the best route, book everything together, and make sure it all connects properly. If you're looking for something more open-ended, my bespoke travel planning page covers how I approach one-off trips.
